We are pleased to introduce our next guest speaker - John Gustav-Wrathall

John Gustav-Wrathall is a former president and executive director of Affirmation: LGBTQ Mormons, Family and Friends, and is founder and cochair of Emmaus LGBTQ Ministry, whose mission is to foster church-based ministering to and with LGBTQ individuals and their families in and adjacent to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is also the author of numerous articles and books on the subject of LGBTQ individuals in organized religion. Though excommunicated, he retains a testimony of the Church and of the Gospel, is active in his south Minneapolis ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and remains happily married to his husband of 30 years.
